SunnySide AFH located in south Everett, is a comfortable custom built single-story 4,500+ square foot home on an acre surrounded by beautiful cedar trees and flowers with plenty of walking and exercise space. We provide emotional and spiritual support for our residents and their families. We are located just minutes away from the Swedish Mill Creek Hospital, near bus lines, shopping, and restaurants as well as 3 minutes from I-5. Our residents enjoy the surroundings by relaxing in the patio area and private backyard.
We promote maximum independence and dignity for each resident and our care providers encourage the involvement of each resident's family, neighbors, friends, and community. Our home has six independent, spacious private, comfortable, and furnished bedrooms, two full handicapped accessible bathrooms. For a home atmosphere, we cook three nutritional meals, provide snacks, and monitor medication. We celebrate special occasions, holidays, and other rewarding activities.

Anyone who plans to visit needs to contact us to inquire about our visiting guidelines. During the visit, everyone needs to abide these protocols.
We provide our residents with three nutritional meals and complimentary snacks daily. The meals are prepared to fit diet needs. We also assist in coordinating medical, dental, and any other needed appointments.
We provide daily assistance with bathing, dressing, and personal grooming. We plan different activities and programs that interests our residents. We have set ourselves apart by providing short and long term recovery for our residents. Sunny Side has shinned to be different by showing ability and achievement.
Even though SunnySide AFH blends into a normal residential neighborhood we have customized our home with wide doors and conveniently placed fully grab bars around the home and it’s wheelchair accessible. We provide continuous supervision 24 hours daily and visiting registered nurses and doctors.
